Our Story
Annex Consulting was founded in 2012 by Neil Hart, a former United States Marine Corps officer with a background in supply chain management and professional military training.
After his service, Neil spent over 25 years leading large-scale supply chain initiatives for global companies, where he successfully implemented Warehouse Management Systems across multiple sites from concept to completion.

Neil Hart
Neil Hart founded Annex Consulting with a simple goal: provide practical, hands-on supply chain and warehouse solutions that truly work for the people using them.
A former United States Marine Corps officer, Neil began his career with a focus on supply chain operations and professional military training. After leaving the Marine Corps, he spent more than 25 years leading large-scale supply chain initiatives and warehouse management system implementations for companies across the U.S. and internationally.
At the heart of Neil’s approach is the belief that consulting should be personal. Rather than simply handing over recommendations, Annex works alongside its partners in the trenches to understand their challenges, build practical solutions, and see them through to the finish line. Neil is frequently onsite with clients, traveling across the country to support teams through critical project milestones and go-live events.
When he’s not traveling for a client project or growing Annex, Neil enjoys spending time with his family and staying active in the Charlotte, North Carolina area.
Molly Hart
Molly Hart is the VP of Operations at Annex Consulting, where she is dedicated to scaling operations and supporting continued growth. With a strong commitment to client success, she believes the best solutions are never one-size-fits-all, but are tailored to each client’s unique operational needs.
Molly works closely with the Annex team on strategic planning, building and maintaining client relationships, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Her focus on relationship management makes her a key point of contact for organizations interested in partnering with Annex.
Molly is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she lives with her husband, Neil, and their five children.
Carissa Graham
Carissa Graham brings a mix of project management, marketing, and customer-focused experience to Annex. Based in Charleston, South Carolina, she works across the business to keep projects moving, support clients, and help grow the Annex brand.
Carissa graduated from the University of Iowa in 2023 and began her career in project management shortly after. She is PMP certified through the Project Management Institute and has experience coordinating complex projects, managing timelines and deliverables, and keeping teams connected along the way.
At Annex, Carissa manages projects while also leading the company’s social media and marketing efforts. She also works alongside the team on sales and business development initiatives as Annex continues to grow and build new partnerships.
